institute mission

The NCLCA Institute (formerly known as the Summer Institute) offers an intimate and personalized experience: the number of participants is limited to 60.  We focus on small-group and interactive learning experiences mentored by experienced learning center professionals.  Each expert will make presentations, guide discussions, and provide mentoring pertinent to your specific needs and situations.  Sharing problems, building strategies, and networking for program improvement are all benefits of strengthening these professional friendships.

Each year will feature a different topic and a new team of mentors. 

The Karen Quinn Scholarship offers one member free registration to the Institute.  Consider applying for this scholarship if you have been in the field of learning assistance for three years or less.
