After you submit your registration, you will be sent to the confirmation page with payment options.
Institute Refund Policy:
NCLCA will consider refund requests until June 30, 2012. Please request your refund in writing from the NCLCA Immediate Past President Elaine Richardson, erchrds@clemson.edu). There will be a $25 processing charge. After June 30th to the start of the Institute, NCLCA will consider refund requests only in situations such as serious personal illness or a death in the immediate family. After June 30th, an additional $25 processing charge applies for unrecoverable Institute costs. Alternatively, another attendee from an institution may substitute for someone else unable to attend.
In the event that NCLCA cancels the Institute, Institute fees will be refunded in full.
