Conference Costs:

This year NCLCA is offering a Times Are Tough Conference Registration Discount!
Register by September 5th
to take advantage of this discount.

$275 Times Are Tough Special Conference Fee including membership! [Pay by September 5th]
$325 Registration after September 5th (membership included)
$175 Single Day Registration (membership included)
$175 Students/Retirees (membership included)

Pre/Post Conference Packages:
1 pre/post-conference workshop $50
2 pre/post-conference workshops $90
3 pre/post-conference workshops $125

Conference Refund Policy:
NCLCA will consider refund requests submitted before September 26, 2012 (one week prior to the start of the conference). Please request your refund in writing from the NCLCA Vice President Jim Valkenburg (jcvalken@delta.edu). There will be a $25 processing charge. From September 26 to the start of the conference, NCLCA will consider refund requests only in situations such as serious personal illness or a death in the family. An additional $50 processing charge applies to help defray unrecoverable food costs.
