The hotel is within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shopping and is about a mile from the University of North Carolina Charlotte. The hotel has a scenic view of the lake which is encircled by a mile-long walking path.

Shuttle Information
Local Committe Chair, Martha Sanburg, is coordinating attendees' flight information with Lotus Limousine, the shuttle service for the University Hilton. The hotel will provide a limited number of "free" shuttle rides to the airport on a first-come, first served basis. Please email Martha your flight arrival and departure information:
